COOKING INSTRUCTION: 
MICROWAVE OVEN: Remove tray from the packet. Puncture the film 2 to 3 times. Heat on high for 5 minutes. Remove film completely. Heat for an additional 2 minute. The product is ready to serve. For better results thaw the product before heating. The time may vary when thawed and less than full content is heated.
